Deposits are nonrefundable for any reason. The seller has the right to refuse sale for any reasonable circumstance including but not limited to the sake of the puppies best interest or the integrity of Newsomes Royal K9S And Kittens.
Newsomes Royal K9S And Kittens Reserves the Right to keep any Puppy/Kitten from any Litters. We only accept a $200 deposit through our website. We don’t accept pet payments at all. Remaining balance will be due in cash on pickup day and If the buyer sends any amount of money to Newsomes Royal K9S And Kittens the money received will be received as a gift and Newsomes Royal K9S And Kittens will not be obligated to return any of the money back. Note: Buyer will still be responsible for paying off the remaining balance of their pet. The remaining balance is what is due after buyer paid the deposit. If buyer is no longer interested or can not finish paying off the pet I will put the said pet up for adoption. If buyer changes their mind and wants the said pet again the buyer will have to pay the $200 deposit all over again for Newsomes Royal K9S And Kittens to hold the pet.
Newsomes Royal K9S And Kittens hold your Puppy/Kitten for free for 3 days. On the 4th day we charge $25. After the 4th day we will charge $25 per day to hold your Puppy/Kitten for you. You have to pay before hand for us to hold your Puppy/Kitten past day three. This also goes for our puppies over 8 weeks old and kittens over 10 weeks old. If you don’t pay before hand you forfeit your Deposit on the Puppy/Kitten. The Puppy/Kitten will then be up for adoption again. If the buyer has not gotten a hold of Newsomes Royal K9S And Kittens within 72 hours of the puppy turning 8 Weeks Old or Kitten turning 10 Weeks Old the said Puppy/Kitten will be forfeit and up for adoption again. Newsomes Royal K9S And Kittens does not take responsibility for buyers not picking up their pet in a timely manner. If the buyer is late after the third day the buyer will need to pay the $200 deposit all over again if still wanting the said Puppy/Kitten.
Once you put down a deposit on a Puppy/Kitten of your choice we will mark that Puppy/Kitten as Reserved. We require an additional nonrefundable $200 to change your Puppy/Kitten to a different Puppy/Kitten of your choice.
Please read carefully because once you put down a deposit you are agreeing to these terms and conditions and Newsomes Royal K9S And Kittens will not be responsible.
If using a Transportation Company or wanting us to hold your Puppy/Kitten past day three Newsomes Royal K9S And Kittens must receive the remaining balance by Zelle, Money Order, or Cashiers Check the day before your pet gets picked up so we receive it in a timely manner so your pet will be able to leave on the said date. If we don’t receive the remaining balance before the said date of the Transportation Company Pickup your pet will not be able to leave with the Company. It will be buyers responsibility to let the Transportation Company know that they no longer need to come pickup the pet. If you don’t let the Transportation Company know they could still charge you. You will then forfeit your pet and lose your deposit. The pet will then be up for adoption again.
I may be speaking with multiple families at the same time, whomever places the deposit first will reserve that pet So, if there’s a pet that you absolutely have fallen in love with, I’d suggest placing your deposit ASAP , as there are other families currently inquiring as well.
Families on our waiting list will have 24 hours to decide on their puppy/kitten once they have received pictures of the available puppies/kittens. You will need to pay the remaining balance due for your deposit to reserve that puppy/kitten. If you are unable to decide or do not have the funds at that time for your deposit, I will unfortunately have to move down my list. You will need to let me know once you are ready to proceed with reserving your chosen puppy/kitten.
I caution families to keep their puppies away from areas with lots of other animals, such as dog parks and pet shopping stores until after your puppy has completed their full vaccination series, generally around 4-5 months old. Think of your puppy like a newborn, and you wouldn’t want to introduce them to germs and possibly devastating diseases before their immune system was prepared for it. So, by keeping them secluded to your home for the first couple months, you are doing the best thing for them. Friends and family will understand your reasoning for keeping your puppy away from everyone else’s dogs until they have completed their vaccination series, and posting pictures on your facebook page of your adorable puppy will be the safest way to show off your new puppy to the world.
Chargebacks
If you or your bank issue a chargeback from
Newsomes Royal K9S And Kittens for any reason we will take legal action
to the fullest extent and receive our pet back.
Pet Pickup Day
When we agree on a meeting time please arrive on time. If we have to meet at a different meeting spot besides our agreed on meeting spot for any reason you will be charged an extra $50 plus $1.25 per mile there and back from the original meeting spot.
Every twenty minutes late is $50 added to your total.
If you arrive late and you don’t have the late fees in cash you will forfeit your pet and the pet will be up for adoption again.
Newsomes Royal K9S And Kittens will not be held accountable if buyer is late and doesn’t have the late fees.
Waiting List
We require a non refundable deposit of $100 to be put on our waiting list. You will pick which momma you are wanting a
pet from. Once you pick which momma you will be put down in order I receive your deposit. If you decide to change a pet to a different momma you will have to pay a non refundable $100 deposit to switch.
Selling to breeders
If you have put down a $200 deposit and we find out you have produced any litter of puppies or kittens now or in the past you will automatically be considered a breeder and you will pay full price for your pet plus the $400 breeding rights. Non Negotiable you are considered a breeder when producing one or more litters. No exceptions if you decide not to get your pet because you think it’s unfair because you didn’t read our Terms and Conditions the pet will automatically be put up for adoption again and no refund will be given. If you decide you want the pet again you will need to pay the $200 deposit again.
